PZ1 Piston Seal is a robust seal ideal for heavy-duty bi-directional applications. The seal ring is made from an internally lubricated glass-filled Nylon that installs easily with the precision step-cut. The NBR oval energizer provides positive force to energize the seal even in extreme conditions. The PZ Piston Seal is an excellent choice for mobile equipment where pressure spikes are common and can cross over fluid ports without damaging the seal ring.
The PZ1 Piston Seal is recommended in demanding heavy-duty hydraulic cylinder applications which require high-pressure operation, it also performs well when large extrusion gaps are needed for effective piston wear ring bearing exposure.
