SL1 Symmetrical Seals are loaded seals that can be used in either rod or piston applications. The seal is energized with an O-ring to ensure positive contact between the seal and the hardware in low-pressure applications.
The SL1 utilizes a straight cut scraping lip design that is precision knife-trimmed to prevent the passage of fluid and contaminants. The SL1 can be used as either a rod or piston seal and is suited for single acting applications, but can also be used back-to-back in double acting applications.
